Shipping schedule

We ship twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday.

Orders for the Tuesday shipment close Saturday night. Orders for the Friday shipment close Tuesday night. Our buyers select your fish at Toyosu Market the following morning, and it leaves Japan the same day.

How your order travels

Orders are packed in insulated boxes with gel packs above and below the product, and a chilled sheet around it. This holds temperature for two days in outdoor conditions. Larger uni orders are packed with gel packs on all four sides.

An unbroken cold chain carries your order from Tokyo to your kitchen within 24 to 48 hours.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout the United States.

In Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, our own drivers bring your order to your door on our shipment days.

Delivery charges

Local delivery in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego is free of charge.

Orders shipping outside those areas are charged at cost, and shipping is free on orders over $350.

A minimum order of $200 applies.
