Product Description
The Alpine Masterpiece: Authentic Nagano Premium Wagyu A5
Experience the pinnacle of Japanese beef with our Nagano Premium Wagyu A5 Sirloin. Raised in the pristine heart of the Japanese Alps, "Shinshu" (Nagano) Wagyu is world-renowned for its unique upbringing. These cattle are raised on a specialized diet that includes local apples, resulting in beef with an exceptionally mellow aroma, a higher oleic acid content, and a sweetness that sets it apart from all other Wagyu.
Why Choose the Nagano A5 Sirloin Block?
  • A5 Grade & Shinshu Certified: Awarded the highest rank for marbling, color, and texture. This block meets the strict "Shinshu Premium" standards for flavor and fat quality.
  • The King of Cuts: The Sirloin is prized for its perfect balance. It offers the legendary "melt-in-your-mouth" texture of Wagyu combined with a deep, sophisticated beef flavor.
  • Whole Block Versatility: At approximately 8-10 lbs, this wholesale-sized block gives you total control. Carve it into thick-cut steaks for a dinner party, or roast it whole for a spectacular centerpiece.
  • The "Apple-Fed" Difference: The unique diet in Nagano produces a fat that has a lower melting point, creating a silky mouthfeel and a clean, elegant finish.
Authenticity Guaranteed
Each block is 100% authentic Japanese Black (Kuroge Washu) and includes an official Certificate of Authenticity. You can trace the unique 10-digit ID to verify the cattle's lineage and the specific farm in Nagano Prefecture.
Product Specifications:
  • Weight: Approximately 8 - 10 lbs (Approx. 3.6 - 4.5 kg)
  • Origin: Nagano Prefecture, Japan (Shinshu Beef)
  • Grade: A5 (Highest Grade)
  • Condition: Flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness.
Handling & Preparation:
  • Thawing: To preserve the delicate fat, thaw slowly in the refrigerator for 48–72 hours.
  • Slicing: For the best results, slice the block while it is still slightly firm (semi-frozen).
  • Serving: Simply season with sea salt and a touch of wasabi to allow the natural sweetness of the Nagano Wagyu to shine.
