Experience the pure, unadulterated taste of the North Pacific with Marumasa Premium Nama Uni. "Nama" means fresh/raw, and Marumasa stays true to this promise by sourcing only the finest sea urchin from the icy, nutrient-dense waters of Hokkaido. Known for its consistent quality at the world-famous Toyosu Market, Marumasa is a brand synonymous with reliability and artisanal excellence.
- The "Kombu-Fed" Difference: Our Uni feeds on high-quality Hokkaido kelp (Kombu), which translates into a deep, savory umami and a natural sweetness that is unmatched by Uni from other regions.
- Expert Hand-Packing: Each tray is meticulously hand-packed by skilled Japanese artisans. Every lobe is selected for its firm texture, vibrant color, and uniform size, creating a visual masterpiece.
- Pure Oceanic Flavor: We use specialized techniques to ensure the Uni retains its natural ocean-fresh scent and creamy mouthfeel. There is no unpleasant bitterness—only the clean, sweet finish of premium sashimi-grade Uni.
- A Staple of Fine Dining: Marumasa is a trusted name among high-end sushi restaurants worldwide, offering the perfect balance of richness and delicacy.
- Origin: Hokkaido, Japan
- Producer: Marumasa (Ueno Suisan)
- Grade: Premium Sashimi Grade (Nama Uni)
- Type: [Ezo Bafun Uni]
- Net Weight: [250g] per tray
- Taste Profile: Rich, buttery, and exceptionally sweet with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated (0°C to 3°C). Do not freeze, as freezing will compromise the delicate cell structure of the Uni.
- Serving: Best enjoyed fresh. Perfect for Sushi, Uni-don (sea urchin bowls), or as a luxurious topping for pasta and carpaccio.

- Final Capture & Remaining Balance: Once the actual weight is confirmed after sourcing and shipping from Japan, we will capture the exact amount for the final, correct price.
