Experience a level of luxury rarely found outside of Japan's most exclusive sushi dens. Kaneta Takeuchi Suisan is a legendary name among seafood purveyors, specializing in premium Uni sourced from the pristine, mineral-rich waters of Hokkaido. This Uni is the result of decades of expertise and a commitment to providing only the "best of the best" from the morning auctions.
- The Power of Rausu Kelp: Our sea urchins are harvested from areas famous for high-grade kombu (kelp). By feeding on this nutrient-dense seaweed, Kaneta Takeuchi Uni develops an extraordinarily deep, savory umami and a signature sweetness that is second to none.
- Meticulous Hand-Grading: Only a small fraction of the daily catch meets the "Kaneta" standard. Each lobe is hand-picked for its firm structure, vibrant color, and perfect size, then arranged with mathematical precision in every tray.
- Pure & Natural: We prioritize the natural flavor of the sea. Our careful processing maintains the Uni’s delicate texture and ensures a clean, sweet finish that melts instantly on the palate.
- A Symbol of Quality: In the world of high-end seafood, the Kaneta Takeuchi mark is a guarantee of excellence, often fetching the highest prices at the Toyosu market auctions.

- Final Capture & Remaining Balance: Once the actual weight is confirmed after sourcing and shipping from Japan, we will capture the exact amount for the final, correct price.
